Responsibilities
\xc2\xb7 Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
\xc2\xb7 Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
\xc2\xb7 Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Requirements
\xc2\xb7 Ability to commute to our office in Oakmont, PA
\xc2\xb7 Current Pennsylvania Property and Casualty sales License \xe2\x80\x93 Required
\xc2\xb7 2+ years of active insurance sales and customer service experience \xe2\x80\x93 preferred
\xc2\xb7 Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
\xc2\xb7 People-oriented
\xc2\xb7 Detail-oriented
\xc2\xb7 Proactive in problem solving
\xc2\xb7 Able to learn computer functions
\xc2\xb7 Ability to work in a team environment
