About the Job
We are looking for a Licensed Medical Professional to join our Health Services team! The Licensed Medical Professional will provide high-quality, compassionate, and ethical medical care to culturally diverse individuals living in our residential programs. They will perform patient assessments through conversation, physical examination and review medical and personal history to make diagnoses and establish plans.
The Licensed Medical Professional will promote a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and client-centered approach to assist clients in achieving their individual goals. They will provide medication consultation and management for individuals and prescribe psychiatric medications for program admissions. The Licensed Medical Professional will work independently with telephone consultation and in collaboration with primary care providers.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, This position will be remote with flexible work hours (Part Time/ Day)

$5,625 - $8,250 per month DOE/Credentials
Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired).

What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Need
Successful candidates MUST have ONE (1) of these current medical or nursing licenses & corresponding certifications:
Physician\xe2\x80\x99s Assistant (PA) physician\xe2\x80\x99s assistant license issued by the Oregon medical board and board certification from NCCPA
Nurse practitioner (NP) license issued by Oregon state board of nursing. Certification from ANCC is a plus
Must be currently registered with the drug enforcement administration and have previous experience providing acute psychiatric care or outpatient community mental health treatment.
Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to frequently talk, listen, use hands and fingers, sit, stand, walk, reach; as well as lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds. It may require the ability to occasionally climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, squat/kneel, and perform other physical tasks as applicable. In addition, you must successfully complete crisis de-escalation and CPR trainings, which require performing various physical, hands-on maneuvers and techniques. Reasonable accommodations can be made.
Successful applicants MUST also have a valid Oregon driver\xe2\x80\x99s license, maintain a safe driving record, and have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
