Job Title: Licensed Practical NurseWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to serve as a communication link between patients, families, and healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will maintain precise records, oversee supplies, execute quality assurance tasks, and support the onboarding and training of new staff members. Additionally, you will gather and prepare patient history information, manage laboratory data, offer follow-up instructions, handle advanced telephone triage, and engage in research projects.Responsibilities

• Oversee and replenish supplies
• Execute quality assurance tasks as assigned
• Support the onboarding and training of new staff members

Essential Skills

• Proficient in medical terminology
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
• Case management skills
• Nursing experience
• NYS license preferred
• Experience with NextGen and Epic
• Healthcare experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Licensed to practice in New York State (NYS) with current NYS registration and in good standing
• Record of prior stable employment and/or favorable references

Work EnvironmentThis position offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. You will work four days in Carmel and one day in Fishkill Pulmonology.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
