Licensed Practical Nurse, UHS EndicottUnited Health Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Endicott Family Practice 02 department at UHS Endicott in Endicott, NY. This position is benefits eligible.Shift Day RotationalHours per week: 40Salary range: $21.31 - $30.90 per hour, depending on experience.Overview A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides skilled nursing care tasks and procedures under the direction of an RN, nurse practitioner, clinical nurse specialist, physician, or other authorized health care provider.QualificationsEducation/Experience

• Graduated an accredited school of Practical Nursing

License/Certification

• Minimum Required:

• Current New York State Practical Nurse License, a Limited Permit, or ability to practice within the 90 day grace period allowed by New York State guidelines
• Preferred:

• Basic Skills Certifications (CPR)
