CHH offers personalized attention from an expert team of caregivers and physicians that utilize advanced technology and clinical partnerships in a convenient, safe and comfortable patient environment.JOB SUMMARYLPN is licensed to perform selected tasks and share responsibility under the direction of a registered nurse or an advanced practice registered nurse; and provide care within the framework of supportive and restorative care, health counseling and teaching.LPN will provide patients with routine care as well as collaborating with the team to monitor patient conditions.LPN will deliver care according to the appropriate scope of practice in the acute care, hospital setting.QualificationsMinimum RequirementsEducation

• Highschool Diploma/or GED
• LPN Educational Training and proof of licensure in the State of CT

Experience

• 1 or more years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working in a similar role as an LPN or patient care technician

Licensure, Certification, Registration

• Current Connecticut LPN License in CT
• BLS

Language Skills

• Highly effective verbal and written communication skills. English.

Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Requirements

• Must have demonstrated appropriate clinical knowledge to evaluate and treat patients
