LOCATION: Cedars Healthcare Center, Lakewood CO
POSITION: LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
PAY: $31.57-$39.99 DOE (PRN Only)
Shift Differentials for evenings, nights and weekends

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor patients throughout their treatment
- Perform routine checks of patients\' vital signs
- Ensure that patients take their medication
- Assist RNs and other members of the medical team at the community
- Liaise with patients\' families
- Active\\Unencumbered LPN license to work in the state of CO
- IV Certified
- Computer skills\\PCC knowledge preferred
- Can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents
- Ability to work as a team and independently
- A love for seniors
