Avera is currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) who are looking to deliver the best possible nursing care in Avera\xe2\x80\x99s patient-focused settings.

• Responsible within their scope of practice for providing high quality professional care to patients and families under the supervision of the provider.
• Communicates with physicians as well as other healthcare team members to provide excellent patient care. Assists in the orientation of new clinic Medical Assistants and LPNs.

• Graduate from an accredited school of Licensed Practical Nursing. Previous clinic experience helpful.

• Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Minnesota. Basic Life Support required within 30 days of hire.

• Day/Evening shifts; 9 a.m.-7 p.m.

• (current employees in Urgent Care with an FTE, will keep their weekend rotation and be required to pick up more weekday shifts; current employees who are cross trained in Urgent Care, not employed in Urgent Care or external candidates, this will be weekend only shifts.)

• Occasional weekend
• Occasional holiday
