Job Description



  • Provides direct and indirect resident/patient care activities.
  • Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates delivery of patient/resident care.
  • Provides supervisory direction and development of all Certified Nurses Assistants.
  • Organizing and implementing resident care services to ensure high quality of care, excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Directly responsible to the Director of Nursing for Long Term Care; also, the Nursing Supervisor, and MDS Coordinator.
Requirements
  • Previous clinic setting experience.
  • State of Michigan LPN License
  • BLS.
Preferred:
  • ACLS (Preferred).
