Provides direct and indirect resident/patient care activities.
Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates delivery of patient/resident care.
Provides supervisory direction and development of all Certified Nurses Assistants.
Organizing and implementing resident care services to ensure high quality of care, excellent customer service and efficient operations.
Directly responsible to the Director of Nursing for Long Term Care; also, the Nursing Supervisor, and MDS Coordinator.
Requirements
Previous clinic setting experience.
State of Michigan LPN License
BLS.
Preferred:
ACLS (Preferred).
