My name is Todd, founder and owner of Hoiseth Financial, and we are looking for new INDEPENDENT LIFE INSURANCE AGENTS who are ready to learn the business, work hard, have fun, and finally earn what you\xe2\x80\x99re worth.

NO COLD CALLING!
You will be selling life insurance ONLY to people who have already reached out and asked for someone to help them with life insurance.

NO membership fees, dues, franchise fees, etc.
NO sales quotas, no condescending bosses, no sleazy sales tactics, no neckties (unless that\'s your thing)
Hands-on training and mentoring from me and my team of very successful agents

Two years ago I found myself looking for a new job. I had been a pastor for 12 years working in a small town in Kansas. Although that is all I ever thought I would do, I found myself in a position needing something different, quickly.

What could I do as that was my training and entire work experience?

After some extensive research, much like what I\'d imagine you\'ve been doing, I found that the Insurance industry allows for a flexible work schedule...AND IT DOES! It also allows a person to make as much money as they would like, provided they are willing to work hard to get it...AND IT DOES!

I made contact with an Agency Owner and spoke with him and in short order was getting licensed and contracted with carriers to start building my own business in the insurance space.

Within my first 90 days I had written over 100K in business...and I knew this is where I was meant to be!

With quality leads to call and incredible mentorship and training, you have to try to fail here, because the system works. And hard work works!

I\'ve had the opportunity to travel internationally on ALL EXPENSE PAID trips, made $1000\'s in bonuses, given myself multiple raises, and now am building a team of amazing agents that I\'m teaching and training to do the same! And I hope you are the next person to join!
