Description:THE TEAMI.d. is a randomly inspired shared plate restaurant. Artistic style translates from the design to the food and drink, with high-quality ingredients provided by local farmers and small businesses. Whether you\'re out for an evening with friends, a date night or a business dinner, I.d. will encourage conversations and provide a one-of-a-kind dining experience you\'ll normally only find in the big city.THE PLAYERYou will serves customers with the consistency and quality food that they expect from our establishment. You will work as a team to create a memorable dining experience for all of our members and their guests.EVERY DAY, YOU WILL

• Know and understand every item on the menu (including portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules); assume 100% responsibility for quality of products served
• Work closely with the Chef to provide absolute consistency on every plate
• Timing is everything; work on timing to get every ticket out in an appropriate amount of time
• Communicate consistently with co-workers
• Keep your work station clean and stocked
• Practice safe knife handling; if training is needed, see the Chef
• Open/close the kitchen properly and follow the opening/closing checklist for kitchen stations

GHG24 Requirements:YOU WILL BE GREAT AT ID DELAFIELD IF

• At least one year of Kitchen experience preferred but not required
• Basic math skills required (must be able to add, subtract, and count change back to customer)
• Legible handwriting
• Strong customer service and oral communication skills
• Regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms, lift, carry, and deliver boxes and items that may weigh up to 50 pounds
• If over 18, you will be required to use slicers and heavy equipment
• Smoothly navigate dining room, kitchen and other facility areas, attend work as scheduled, working various schedules and shifts throughout normal business hours
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
