As a Line Service team member, they will consistently deliver impeccable service to our guests; provide food of the highest quality with great flavors and great value; create and maintain an environment of trust, credibility, and respect. They will ensure Sardi's policies and procedures are implemented and maintained in a consistent manner.
Responsibilities:
Ensure optimal guest service, learns and demonstrates impeccable service to every guest, every day in all aspects of guest interaction, ensuring guests have a positive experience
Set up, maintain and break down the front-line area
Proactively monitors the activities occurring in the store, responds to guest's needs and says "thank you" to every guest, to maximize the potential for repeat business
Learns and maintains menu knowledge + ingredients that go into each menu item and uses this information to ensure food preparation is accurate and meets all standards and responds effectively to guest questions and special requests
Learns, understands, and practices safe food handling at all times to eliminate risk to our guests
Learns and follows Sardi's standards for stocking, rotating and storing products. Follows inventory stocking and recording guidelines to maintain integrity of product
Performs cleaning tasks in accordance with shifts assignments and cleaning standards to ensure Sardi's standards are maintained
Actively contributes to store goals for increasing sales and improving profits by exceeding guest expectations and fulfilling each responsibility
Treats guests and co-worker's others with dignity and respect to support Sardi's culture
Adheres to attendance policy and uniform standards in accordance with the Company handbook
Other related responsibilities as assigned
