Liquor Store Assistant Manager

Job Description

Duties:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations of the store
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Manage and supervise store employees, including scheduling and training
- Ensure store policies and procedures are followed by all staff members
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
- Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining store cleanliness
- Handle administrative tasks such as cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and record keeping

Skills:
- Strong math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as record keeping and data entry
- Knowledge of market trends and ability to make informed decisions based on sales data
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette, to interact with customers and staff members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
