Loving parents in Greenwich, CT, seek a professional full-time live-in nanny for their 2 children, ages 2.5-year-old (b) and 3 month old (b). This position is open to both local and nationwide candidates and starts as soon as possible. There is a private bedroom and bathroom for the nanny in the home. This general schedule is Monday through Friday from approximately 730 am \xe2\x80\x93 730 pm. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience and will be energetic, engaging, caring, patient, professional, organized, honest, playful, and loving. Someone who is safety-conscious, knowledgeable about child development, will have excellent communication skills, and will be enthusiastic about nurturing the children\xe2\x80\x99s interests and healthy growth and development, including playing on the floor with the child and taking the child outside (walks, playground). Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Actively engaging the children in educational and fun age-appropriate activities.
• Supporting the achievement of age-appropriate milestones (walking, eating solids and as the child continues to grow, sleep/potty training, learning to read)
• Supporting the son\xe2\x80\x99s therapeutic development.
• Driving the children to and from school, activities, therapy, and classes. (the family car is provided)
• Bottle feedings and washing bottles.
• Diaper changes.
• Maintaining the children\xe2\x80\x99s nap and eating schedules.
• Children\'s laundry and keep the family laundry moving when time allows.
• Meal preparation for children (willingness to cook fresh meals for children is expected)
• Restocking child-related items and the diaper bag.
• Walks, reading, indoor and outdoor play.
• Keeping the home\'s main spaces and the children\xe2\x80\x99s room clean and tidy.

The 2.5 year-old child has a warm, happy disposition. He also has global developmental delays, including an autism diagnosis. He has an autism diagnosis due to his communication delays in regards to waving, pointing, eye contact, responding to name, etc. No behavior issues. The nanny needs to be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Experience with special needs or developmental delays experience is a major plus but not a requirement. He is starting pre-school this September. Driving him to and from school will be required. The parents are seeking a proactive, team player who can take the lead in their absence and work well collaboratively and who is interested in a long-term position and can be with them for many years to come. The parents would love to feel like the nanny is part of the family. Given the son\xe2\x80\x99s developmental delays, communication is a critical component of the job and nanny must be a fluent English speaker. The family has a dog, a hypoallergenic Cavapoo, that the nanny is not responsible for but must feel comfortable around small dogs. Requirements

• 5+ years of FT nanny experience with infants and toddlers.
• Legally permitted to work in the U.S.
• Clean background and motor vehicle check.
• Driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and experience driving with children.
• 2-3 strong and recent references.
• CPR certified or willing to get it renewed.
• Up to date on vaccinations.

Salary: starting at $100,000 + per year based on credentials. Benefits: 10 days of paid vacation, paid major holidays, and 5 sick days per year, and other benefits can be negotiated for the right candidate. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 per year Benefits:
