Job Summary and Qualifications

The Liver Disease Coordinator provides expertise in liver disease management nursing to facilitate the development and maintenance of quality, cost effective patient care of selected individuals and groups of liver disease patients. The Liver Disease Coordinator is responsible for assessing and evaluating patient needs, providing specialized teaching for patients and families and follow up care on the assigned patient population. Performs other duties as assigned.

What qualifications you will need:
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support
  • Registered Nurse
  • Registered Nurse Diploma
  • Associates Degree Required; Bachelor\'s Degree in Nursing Preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of Clinical Experience
