As a pivotal member of our lending department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing and administration of loans. You will collaborate closely with loan officers, underwriters, and clients to facilitate the timely and accurate completion of loan applications and documentation. Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle the processing and administration of loan applications from start to finish.
• Liaise with loan officers, underwriters and clients to gather necessary documentation and information required for loan approval.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Review loan documents for completeness and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is obtained and properly filed.
• Maintain accurate records of loan transactions and correspondence.
• Assist clients with inquiries related to their loan applications and status.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements:
Qualifications:

• Prior loan administration experience is required.
• Mortgage processing experience is a strong plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of loan processing software is a plus.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
