:

Are you a detailed oriented individual that is interested in commercial loans and other specialized products who would serve as a primary liaison between the Business Relationship Manager and the Credit Coordinator with respect to collateral, entity and other commercial due diligence?

As a Loan Origination Specialist, you will be responsible for the review of approvals, documentation and the due diligence to ensure Small Business loans are closed in accordance with the approval as well as documentation preparation to avoid any risk to the client or the bank.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Reviews commercial credit application packages for adherence to credit policy and determination of appropriate due diligence necessary to ensure proper collateral position
  • Reviews the following: business entity and organizational documents to include trust agreements, good standing of business entities, and UCC searches, as required
  • Coordinates obtaining or ordering and reviews: equipment valuations, as well as other reports and information
  • Evaluates all reports and information received with respect to collateral evaluation & verification to determine if terms and conditions of the credit approval will be met
  • Prepares the loan documentation and compliance documentation necessary to protect the bank\'s interest, as necessary
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • 1+ years of experience preparing commercial loan, SBA, or mortgage loan documents required
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication skills and PC skills
  • Able to communicate well and work independently in a high volume, production-oriented environment
  • College degree, paralegal, or equivalent work experience
