:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents within the SNF setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor residents\' health status and report any changes to the supervising registered nurse (RN)
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensure residents\' comfort and safety
- Document resident care activities accurately and timely
- Graduation from an accredited LVN program
- Current and unrestricted LVN license in the state of Iowa
- BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
