This is an office-based role with no fieldwork involved. The primary responsibility of this position is to locate customers and vehicles subject to repossession across the nation. An investigative mindset and an analytical brain will help you go far in this role. While experience is helpful, we'd love to hear from you regardless of that! If you love computers or researching information, this is the job for you!Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and evaluate information from various sources, including location databases and software, to identify the whereabouts of vehicles.
- Utilize investigative and analytical skills to efficiently track down information.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of research activities.
- Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.Qualifications:
- Strong research and critical thinking skills, with an investigative mindset.
- Proficiency in using computers and various software applications for information gathering.
- Attention to detail, problem solving and the ability to work independently.
- Although experience in this field is beneficial, we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds who are eager to learn.The schedule for this position is M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM.Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting pay at $19+/hour, depending on experience.
