- Requirements: Active Illinois License & DEA
- Position: Primary Care Locums Physician
- Schedule: 5-8xe2x80x99s or 4-10 hour shifts per week
- Compensation: $160/hr. plus malpractice coverage insurance
- Location: Sites throughout Illinois
- Start Date: ASAP pending credentialing (within 1 week of submitting documents)
- No Calls
