You will provide advanced operational support for international travel management for Senior Technology Leadership within Evernorth Health Services supporting our global strategic initiatives. This position will be critical in preparing travel arrangements, orchestrating complicated meeting agendas, working with passport visa services, international itinerary creation, working in multiple time zones, expense management, etc. Will require advanced organizational and project coordination skills and a proactive mindset. This role will partner with key stakeholders and build strong rapport with Executive Assistants across the enterprise.
Essential Functions:
Anticipate organizational needs and perform administrative and operational functions. Project management of concurrent projects, provide status to Sr. Leader, develop delivery plans, develop overarching communication plans and assist team with change management efforts. Will set up meetings and coordinate travel arrangements, planning for both international and domestic travel while adhering to corporate policies.
Keeping the leader aware of all necessary travel documents and health requirements for countries to be visited.
Provide consultative service to travelers throughout the booking process.
Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, reviews etc.
Ensure reservations are built according to the travelers\' standards and preferences.
Manage travel visa procurement, including preparation of documentation, checks, and coordination with visa expeditor services.
Substantial calendar coordination, book conference rooms and help with offsite meeting planning, and logistical support leadership meetings.
Strategic planning for event management and logistics
High-touch partnership with external and internal vendors
Expense management system entry and support of expense reports
Provide logistical support for department.
Executive presence and communication skills will communicate with various leaders, department leads/teams, clients, vendors, and partners.
Edit and post agendas, notes, and action items in a timely manner.
Performs administrative functions.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred.
Years of Experience: 4-6 years of relevant experience providing executive level support
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written, interpersonal and oral communication skills
Strength in using MS Word, Excel and Power Point
Ability to work in a team environment and to work independently and take ownership of work and deliverables.
Ability to keep sensitive information confidential is critical.
Knowledge of business operations and policies is helpful.
Experience in Project Coordination
Experience in planning international travel for executive level colleagues.
Professional & service-oriented mentality
High attention to detail, great with organization and follow through.
Must have the ability to effectively multi-task while maintaining professional rapport with corporate clients.
Candidates should possess decisive and successful problem-solving skills.
Skilled with complex international fares strongly recommended.
Demonstrable ability to handle unplanned changes in travel and urgent situation.

Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
