[L\'oreal Korea] IMC & Digital Specialist - Maybelline New York, Marketing team

[JOB SUMMARY]

Drive, plan and execute Integrated Marketing Communication strategy for Maybelline New York to maximize brand exposure in all channels including all paid, earned, shared and owned media and all other consumer facing media platforms.

[CORE WORK ACTIVITIES]

1. Strategic Communication Campaign Development

  • Develop strategic communication campaigns that correlate to the overall business growth goal in consistency with the international brand communication strategy.
  • Plan and implement integrated marketing communication activations for major product launches & marketing/brand campaigns.
  • Create and share communication calendar for all internal/external activations.
2. Media/Influencer Management
  • Develop media & influencer outreach strategy, including discovering and building new relationships with media & influencer.
  • Identify new PR opportunities to maximize brand and product awareness through influencer activations, media product placements, events, and partnerships.
  • Develop all PR assets including press releases, product stills & videos, brand visuals etc.
  • Oversee the brand philanthropy program \'Brave Together\' for all local activations, including communication and relationship building with the local NGO partner.
  • Manage all projects related to local spokesperson and ambassadors.
  • Monitor Maybelline New York & other competitor\'s earned PR coverage and generate monthly media SOV report.
  • Partner with corporate communications team to maximize PR opportunities.
  • Promote and announce brand related news internally.
  • Organize and execute all brand events.
3. Digital PR planning & Project Management
  • Develop and execute local digital marketing strategy to maximize brand awareness.
  • Manage overall paid media plan and operation for various digital platforms including paid search, paid ad, paid partnership.
  • Manage media budget and develop monthly paid media plan based on local business strategy and goals.
  • Roll out Maybelline New York\'s digital activity and ensure its consistency with the brand sense of purpose.
  • Create, develop and manage contents for media campaign activities & brand online presence.
  • In accordance with the brand\'s image, select the best platforms to raise brand\'s presence on digital/social media.
  • Ensure cross-media efficiency, close tracking of results, and issue recommendations.
  • Share best practices and monitor local digital performance of the products and social communities to support the brand\'s ambition.
  • Partner with local media agency to develop and execute owned media platform strategy.
  • Monitor digital campaign performance and generate monthly report with key learnings.
[Qualification & Preference]
  • University graduate
  • 6-8 years\' experience
  • At least 3 years\' experience in the beauty industry with Digital PR experience
  • Fluent in both Korean and English
  • Computer skill proficiency: MS PPT, Excel, Word
