Overview

The TMX Finance\xc2\xae Family of Companies is looking for a Loss Prevention Analyst to join our team and be a part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to our internal field and corporate partners. You\'ll use your attention to detail and investigative skills to take on the lien and title issues that are discovered by our Store Operations Team.

Responsibilities

• Work under the direction of the Sr. Manager of Loss Prevention and Audit and assist with the overall success of the Loss Prevention Department.
• Research and report on all titles as they move through the Loss Prevention Case Management queue.
• Assist in the detection, investigation, tracking, and reporting of title and lien issues.
• Work closely with District/Regional Management, Lien Management Team, Legal, and Compliance.
• Maintain the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment managing multiple deadlines in an efficient and timely manner while maintaining high accuracy.
• Sustain strong time management and organization skills, including the ability to change priorities as needed.
• Assist Business Operations Department and Loss Prevention Department with special departmental projects as they arise and are delegated.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver\'s License
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and written and verbal communication skills
• Must be detail-oriented and process-driven
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Physical demands for this position frequently include: the ability to remain in a stationary position, move about freely inside and occasionally outside of the office, and the operation of mechanical controls, such as a keyboard
