Job Summary:
The Lot Attendant at International Kia Orland Park is responsible for maintaining the dealership\'s vehicle lot and ensuring a clean and organized work environment. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the Auto industry located in Orland Park, Illinois. The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week and will be compensated with a salary of $15 per hour, paid biweekly.
Compensation & Benefits:
The Lot Attendant will receive a competitive salary of $15 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition, they will have the opportunity for advancement within the dealership. Other benefits include health insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership\'s vehicle lot
- Safely move and park vehicles in designated areas
- Keep track of vehicle inventory and locations
- Inspect vehicles for damage and report any findings to management
- Coordinate with sales and service departments to ensure timely delivery of vehicles
- Assist with snow removal and other seasonal tasks
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment
- Perform other tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an automotive dealership is preferred
- Must have a valid driver\'s license and clean driving record
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical ability to lift and move vehicles
- Attention to detail and ability to identify and report vehicle damages
- Knowledge of basic car maintenance and repair is a plus
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
