Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate nursing care provided by the nursing team
- Monitor and assess patients' health status
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care plans
- Assist in medical procedures and physical examinations
- Provide support in areas such as inpatient care, medical-surgical units, dialysis, and behavioral health
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of care

Requirements:
- Valid LPN license
- Proven experience as a nurse in a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of medical-surgical procedures and patient care protocols
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate attitude towards patients and their families
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
