Assesses and obtain a patients basic health status, records, and related data according to standard procedure and needs of patient and their families.2. Administers medications, performs treatment as ordered, and operates equipment according to policy and procedure.3. Performs venipuncture using aseptic technique, 12 lead EKGs, and administers vaccinations.4. Participates in implementation and evaluation of care plan including long and short-term goals, nursing actions, and teaching.II. Position Qualifications:License/Certification/Education:Required:1. Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.2. Current Massachusetts licensure required.3. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Experience/Skills:Required:1. Knowledge of basic nursing procedures.2.
