Key Responsibilities for LPNs:

LPNS take an active role in direct resident care and development of care plan. Administers medication and/or treatment to residents Communicates resident pertinent data to the appropriate responsible party. Supervises and coordinates certified nursing aides in providing direct resident care in adherence to State, and Federal guidelines. Ensures that residents receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere. The ability to be a flexible, caring, supportive team member

Qualifications:

LPN license in the state of Delaware CPR Certification Experience is preferred in long term care Specialties in rehab, geriatrics, and or ventilator care a plus Ability to build rapport with residents Compassionate and caring demeanor
