:Licensed Practical Nurse - Home Health with Providence Home Health in King County.$5,000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payments.Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with rotating weekend coverageService Area: North King County (Seattle to Shoreline):The Licensed Practical Nurse assists the Registered Nurse in the planning and delivery of nursing care and to assist with the rehabilitation of patients in their place of residence on an intermittent basis. The RN develops a treatment plan which is instituted in accordance with physician orders. Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program.
• Washington Licensed Practical Nurse upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
