Hours: Part Time (24 Hours Weekly) Variable Shift The LPN provides professional patient care through direct services and/or the supervision of and coordination with other members of the health care team. Assesses patient needs, plans, and performs interventions, evaluates responses to care and documents this nursing process. • Coursework/Training Completion of an accredited LPN program.
• Coursework/Training Must complete required in-service annually as determined by institution/department.
• upon hire: Alaska Licensed Practical Nurse.
• upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• upon hire: MDS may be required if cross-trained into ECF.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year LPN.
