Assesses patient needs, plans, and performs interventions, evaluates responses to care and documents this nursing process. Coursework/Training Completion of an accredited LPN program.
Coursework/Training Must complete required in-service annually as determined by institution/department.
upon hire: Alaska Licensed Practical Nurse.
upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
upon hire: MDS may be required if cross-trained into ECF.
Preferred Qualifications:
1 year LPN.
