Shifts Available: * Night 12-hour shiftKey Responsibilities: * Oversee the nursing care for a particular department or shift

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Supervise, guide, and mentor nursing staff to ensure adherence to standards and best practices
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and adjust patient care plans as necessary
• Lead communication with patients, families, and physicians regarding patient care

Qualifications: * Valid Tennessee or Compact Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

• Experience as a charge nurse or in a similar leadership role preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A commitment to providing high-quality care and hospitality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
