The LVN/LPN is responsible for the nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our \xe2\x80\x9cPhilosophy for person-directed Care.\xe2\x80\x9d Ensures a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident\'s daily life rhythm. Develops assignments in coordination with the care partners and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.

$38.00-$42.00 hourly, pay rate depends on experience and the level of care + $2,500 Sign-on Bonus

Schedule: PM Shift

Sundays through Thursdays 3:00 PM-11:30 pm.

This position is in our Assisted Living department.

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Current LVN/LPN in the state for which applying
• Current CPR certification
• Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred
• New grads are welcome!
