Randstad Technologies is seeking an M365 Application Admin for an exciting permenant position with one of our Kansas City area clients. This is a hybrid scheudle position with the opportunity to work remotely and in the office.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in change management / digital adoption experience
- Very deep understanding of Office 365
- Experience with Azure Active Directory (AD) Groups and M365 Groups
- Experience with M365 guest access
- Experience with Microsoft Teams third-party app integration
- Experience implementing governance and life cycle management for Microsoft Teams
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Templates
- Knowledge of existing and emerging M365 technologies
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting, beyond running single cmdlets
- Ability to work collaboratively with others, take the initiative to troubleshoot issues, and offer guidance and recommendations for improvements
- Review upcoming Microsoft patch updates, O365 updates, assess, test, and validate for specific applications
- Perform such other/additional duties as may from time to time be assigned.
- Experience in voice and video, and Audio and Video technologies, including Microsoft Skype, Microsoft Teams, telecommunications, and network engineering
- Knowledge of Microsoft web technologies, including Graph API
- Knowledge of networking, DHCP, TCP/IP, DNS, subnetting, and firewalls
- Ability to utilize tools, including PowerShell scripting, Power Platform, or Graph API to automate business processes
- Ability to support Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online
- Microsoft Teams Administrator Certification
- Experience in using metrics and indicators to drive adoption and process improvements
- deep troubleshooting ability including performing root cause analysis

- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
- Ability to multi-task in a results-oriented environment with little supervision
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS:
Degree in the field of Computer Science, Information Management Systems or required work experience
Desired: Microsoft M365 Certification or similar

responsibilities:
- Work closely with leadership and the SharePoint team to provide input and help lead the strategic direction of the Microsoft Teams migration and rollout
- Manage the day-to-day operations and support of cloud-based services under the M356 umbrella with an emphasis on SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams and Viva.
- Develop an overall governance strategy for the M365 Applications (Teams, SharePoint, Viva etc).
- Manage projects from requirements through delivery using our standard methodology
- Coordination of break/fixes/patches and support small enhancements
- Review upcoming Microsoft patch updates, O365 updates, assess, test, and validate for specific applications
- Analyze and report on operational metrics to understand performance and to ensure success in process improvements
- Perform such other/additional duties as may from time to time be assigned
- Experience driving and reporting on digital workplace technology adoption
- Ability to facilitate discussions and training modules
- Understand technical possibilities and limitations of the tools to brainstorm creative solutions
- Passionate about digital adoption, with a consultative and customer service orientation
- Drive MS Teams migration and deployment planning, testing and execution
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Teams migration/deployment
- Stay up to date with new features and updates to the Microsoft Teams platform
- Manage and monitor usage analytics to understand and share adoption analysis with leadership
- Develop and implement best practices for using Microsoft Teams and contribute to end-user learning curricula and materials
- Provide guidance and technical support to Support Desk and Regional Techs
- Troubleshoot escalated issues related to the Microsoft Teams platform
