Location: Virginia Beach VA
Pay Range: $17.00/hr.
Shift: Day shift 6:50am - 7:00pm A/B/C/D RotationWhat\'s the Job?
- Sets up, Operates and tends production machines as they process parts, recovers/restarts machine; assembles and test parts; makes adjustments as needed
- Replaces worn or broken machine accessories; visually inspect completed product for defects
- Operator may be required to use sharp hand held tools to remove excess material per product requirements; count the number of parts produced to ensure correct packing and routing of produced material
- May assist with material handling; may assist A and B level operators/technicians
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- 1-3 years of machine operator experience required
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
- Must be able to comfortably reach overhead 6\'6\xe2\x80\x9d to safely operate the machines; Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds to a height of 4\'6\xe2\x80\x9d
