Impact:

Mfg Machine Operator (Coater Machine)- Efficiently manufacturers PVC and urethane laminates, as well as urethane materials. Operations include adhesive depositing, winding, laminating, back stripping, transferring adhesive, inspecting and unloading of processed materials.

Provides support to programs in Granville, NY within the defined World Class Manufacturing (WCM) framework, in a manner consistent with Saint-Gobain EHS Policies and Principles of Conduct and Action.

Position operates as part of a 4-5 person team in the processing of PVC, polyethylene and urethane substrates.

Employees are required to work overtime as scheduled. This includes before/after shift or weekend shift.

2nd Shift: Monday- Friday 3:30pm - 12:00 am

Pay: $18.73/hr plus $1.00 shift premium ($.75 increase after 6 months)

Each year, based on individual/business performance, employees have the potential to receive annual bonus in March and merit increase in April.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• High School diploma or equivalent- Required

Associates degree- Preferred

Preferred Experience:

• Relevant manufacturing work experience- Preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs or more- Required
• Basic computer skills- Required
• Well organized and able to operate independently or as member of team with minimal supervision- Required
• Ability to read, interpret, and communicate technical information, oral and written, in English- Required
• Ability to work overtime- Required

• Located within rural Washington County in Upstate New York.
• Glens Falls/Queensbury, NY- 40 minutes
• Saratoga Springs, NY- 50 minutes
• Manchester, VT- 30 minutes
• Bounded on the east by the Green Mountains of Vermont, the north by Lake Champlain and Lake George, the west by Saratoga Springs and the south by the Capital District.
• Many local outdoor recreational opportunities. This includes a recreational trail that runs directly behind the site.
• Not accessible by public transportation.
