We are looking for

Full Time

Inserter Operators

in our Mailing department. These positions are on-site at our Duluth facility

1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm.

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:00pm - 11:00pm.

Compensation commensurate with experience.

The Ideal Candidate:

The successful candidate will have experience working in the mailing area of commercial print. The

Inserter Operator

is responsible for the set-up, operation, and maintenance of automated inserting machines that collate, fold, and insert printed materials into envelopes or packages.

Must be able to communicate in English verbally.

A Few Primary Responsibilities Include:

Review job specifications to determine and enter job set up requirements. Setup machine to ensure maximum speed / quality. Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or to determine whether adjustments are needed. Adjust machine during production run as required for, adherence to all quality and customer requirements. Troubleshoot machine problems, clear malfunctions, and resolve basic maintenance issues.
