This position is responsible for a variety of Operations functions centered on the processing of data and documentation including confirmations, deposit exceptions/returns, vault processing, research, documentation review, document handling, document preparation, document processing, transaction processing, remittance processing and transfer agency activities.
Essential Job Requirements
Logs incoming work
Sorts, files and distributes work, including electronic files, if applicable
Reviews incoming documentation/work files
Scans documents
Uploads/downloads information to/from systems
Operates equipment
Processes/reviews transactions
Conducts non-routine research
Consolidates electronic files for output to clients, as applicable
Balances/reconciles electronic files based on count and value, as applicable
Transmits electronic files to output destinations, as applicable
Required Education
High School Diploma or GED
Required Experience
Minimum of 1 year experience working in payment processing center is preferred; child support experience preferred.
