Position Summary:
Put your impressive organizational skills to work as a core member of our Maintenance team\xe2\x80\x94helping to keep our projects on track, on time, and on budget. ServiceNet owns and operates a wide range of community based housing for individuals with mental health and developmental disabilities. This position will be 50% in office and 50% travel throughout Western Massachusetts.
Responsibilities:
- Assure follow-through on inspections, maintenance and construction/renovation projects.
- Manage and maintain our maintenance ticketing system.
- Manage and maintain our properties data base.
- Experience in property management; ticketing systems
- Proficient technology skills
- Strong interpersonal & business communication skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Valid Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- starting $20.00/hour
