Alvarado Restaurant Nation is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Dispatcher to support our Colorado Maintenance team and ensure work orders and regular preventative maintenance and inspection activities are completed in a timely manner.
Your Impact
- Ensure work is completed on time by dispatching work orders to field technicians according to priority and location
- Increase organization of the maintenance team using dispatch software, assigning work to the appropriate technician, and publishing a daily schedule of all technician assignments
- Support the team in balancing the demands for proactive maintenance scheduling, allocating resources for reactive repair needs, and keeping team members on the same page
- Implement experience to create a standard process for the maintenance team and operations to follow
- 2+ years of dispatching experience, preferably in HVAC, Plumbing, or a related industry
- Experience with MS Office applications and dispatching or maintenance software is preferred
- Experience with multiple phone lines is preferred
- Experience in the restaurant or retail space a plus
- Strong organizational skills is a must
- Competitive pay: $50,000-$55,000/year
