Responsibilities:

Responsible for the administration and coordination of all training including GMP and on-the-job training programs. For Maintenance, Engineering & Utilities (M2U) Value Stream at CSL Kankakee. M2U Training Specialist will have the following responsibilities but not limited to performs needs assessments; Manages documents and databases Revision training; conducts in-house training classes in cGMP and Employee Orientation. Designs and develops training programs; regularly reports progress to CSL Behring Compliance; maintains consistency with CSL Behring. Establish training formats for manuals, documentation, presentation, etc. This role is in continuous collaboration with M2U personnel, Management and 3rd party.

This position reports to Compliance Engineering Manager

Requirements:

Requires a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or equivalent; Biological Science preferred.

Experience in technical writing and delivering training or education.

Prior experience with learning management systems.

2-5 years in pharmaceutical/biotech production environment preferred.
