Job Summary:

Maintenance Manager plays a critical role within our manufacturing plant and supports our production team to drive production while maintaining high standards for safety, quality and efficiency standards. This position will lead the Maintenance Mechanic team, by mentoring team to minimize downtime, implement and manage Continuous Improvement (TPM/Lean) and manage CAPEX projects and ensure all compliance guidelines are met.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for the development and coaching for all Technicians and Admin. Implement and maintain Continuous Improvement initiatives Develop and implement KPI s for the department Manage all maintenance vendors and ensure all work is validated, negotiated and supports company initiatives Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives by working with the production team. Controls downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques; monitoring compliance. Prepares mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Maintain and complete all required documentation following OSHA and EPA regulatory requirements (e.g., logs, records, checklist, etc.) * Hire, train, and evaluate maintenance workers; monitor workers to ensure they meet performance and safety requirements.
