TRC Professional Solutions is seeking a full-time Production Equipment Maintenance Manager of Stamping for a major motor vehicle manufacturer at their first dedicated EV mass-production plant!

Job Summary:

• Coordinates, monitors, and performs specialized technical processes and related functions directly related to stamping activities in the maintenance department in an automotive manufacturing environment to meet and exceed company goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7 In charge of plant wise maintenance index. (Downtime, Manpower, Preventive maintenance, Maintenance system, Equipment improvements, Safety/Environmental, Skill level etc.)
\xc2\xb7 Prepare, execute, evaluate & improve the annual operation plan.
\xc2\xb7 Oversee activities to encourage good teamwork. (Interview, Meeting, Events, Collaboration with expatriates)
\xc2\xb7 Manage the production and downtime condition of the stamping plant.
\xc2\xb7 Flexible work schedule to take care any urgent situations (Night, Weekends, Holidays)
\xc2\xb7 SAP & PM system should be maintained daily based on Stamping plant\xe2\x80\x99s PM activities
\xc2\xb7 Strong electrical and system engineering skills and knowledge and general mechanical understanding
\xc2\xb7 Maintaining smooth relationships with external departments through communication and cooperation

Job Duties:
\xc2\xb7 Plant wise manage and monitor the purchasing, distribution, and inventory control of maintenance material. (Include Tools, Subsidiary materials etc.)
\xc2\xb7 Plant wise control the maintenance budget of the year. (Monthly planning and analysis, Secure budget)

Direct Reports:
\xc2\xb7 Supervise and control conflicts in the organization and take care the individual distress from the work. (Organization control, Recruitment, Disciplinary measure, appraisal etc.)
\xc2\xb7 Clearly communicated to members about direction, company business decision and official information
\xc2\xb7 Evaluate and mentor plant members to encourage continuous improvement
Qualifications & Preferences

Minimum Requirements:
\xc2\xb7 10+ years maintenance career in the field of automated plants.
\xc2\xb7 Experience in managing more than 30 team members.
\xc2\xb7 Ability to understand drawing and specifications of electrical, mechanical systems.
\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
