Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities maintenance, mechanical knowledge, and leadership capabilities. Duties:
- Fabricate, weld, and maintain various equipment and structures
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities
- Supervise maintenance tasks and ensure timely completion
- Provide excellent customer service to internal departments and external vendors
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems including logic controllers Experience:
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance and repair
- Leadership skills to supervise maintenance staff effectively
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with various stakeholders Nice-to-Have Skills:
