  • Coordinate the move-out process by managing move-out reports, ensuring timely communication with the team, and overseeing move-ins and move-outs to meet deadlines.
  • Schedule and organize preventive maintenance checks to uphold property standards and prolong asset lifespan.
  • Oversee pest control contracts, liaising with service providers and residents to coordinate services effectively.
  • Efficiently troubleshoot and assign past-due work orders to appropriate vendors or internal staff, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Manage external landscaping services, including mowing and additional landscape services, by coordinating with vendors to maintain curb appeal.
  • Schedule and supervise seasonal maintenance tasks such as gutter cleaning and HVAC tune-ups in fall and spring with designated vendors.
  • Identify and schedule snow removal services to maintain safe and accessible premises during winter months.
  • Support inventory management by ensuring adequate stock levels in the warehouse and fleet to support maintenance operations.
  • Handle inbound calls from residents and owners, addressing inquiries and service requests promptly and professionally.
  • Facilitate maintenance surveys between owners and residents, ensuring timely distribution and response to enhance service quality.
  • Address resident concerns and requests promptly to maintain high levels of resident satisfaction.
  • Assist the management team with various tasks as needed to support property operations and objectives.
  • Review deposits before sending disposition letters to residents, ensuring accuracy in billing, evaluating damages, and coordinating with deposit team for completion of the deposit process.
Essential Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-years customer service experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Operate telephone, personal computer/keyboard, Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook, community software
  • Superb time management abilities
  • Demonstrate an ability to support and contribute to team
  • Comply with expectations as demonstrated in the employee handbook
  • Comply with federal, state and company policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Must have working smart phone
  • Must have valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle record check, per our insurance regulations

Specific demands also include the ability to talk to and hear customers and staff. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits:
