We are looking for a hands-on experienced individual with the ability to thrive in a fast pace, multi-tasking environment!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Assist regional supervisor in ensuring 100% delivery/completion of all contractual and quality service requirements; attaining revenue targets and avoiding penalties thru proper organization, performance, delivery of service, parts and materials.
  • Ensure all contractual scope of work is completed, verified and documented such as warranty, dates, etc. according to established SOP\xe2\x80\x99s.
  • Coordinate, schedule and communicate service delivery for repairs and preventative maintenance visits; keeping customers and EST personnel informed of status updates, cost, and timeline for completion.
  • Order repair materials and other related products; as well as ensures that required parts, etc. are ready/available for service technicians, as identified by scope of work, on day of service.
  • Review and ensure the accuracy of all paperwork and documentation submitted by service technicians.
  • Communicate with customers, service technicians, and participate as required with inter-department communication and SOP\xe2\x80\x99s.
  • Provide admin support in person or via phone to field service technicians
  • Generate service, parts and installation quotes as directed. Interfaces with appropriate EST personnel and resources as required.
  • Monitor, resolve, and escalate customer complaints in compliance with EST\xe2\x80\x99s quality statement.
  • Complete required reports, maintains metrics and cost controls, as directed, that are used to monitor regional performance.
  • Ability to understand EST products, equipment maintenance and service requirements.
  • Utilize current and rapidly changing technology to carry out job requirements.
  • Assist in development of new SOP\xe2\x80\x99s as required and/or directed.
  • Pro-actively maintain and improve customer relations and the customer experience.
  • Escalate system level issues to the EST Regional Service Supervisor. Provides and maintains data, as directed, that will assist in evaluation of processes to improve performance.
  • Monitor usage and maintenance of service department/company assets as assigned by service supervisor.
  • Maintain all personally assigned company property (vehicle, computer, etc.)
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. May be required to train individuals or small groups on company equipment or processes.

2. Performs any directly related duties assigned.

3. Complete OSHA Training and maintain certificates as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Minimum 1-3 years successful service coordination or service management experience, preferably in

industrial or government applications.

2. Associates or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree from an accredited college preferred and/or equivalent combination

of education and experience.

3. Knowledge and background/troubleshooting in mechanical, plumbing, electrical and electronic

systems a plus.

4. Ability to work with little supervision and adapt quickly to a rapidly changing environment.

5. Strong customer orientation.

6. Understanding of the importance of being a team player to achieve organizational goals.

7. Excellent communication and listening skills, self-motivated, self-starter, results driven, sense of

urgency, personable, extroverted personality, well organized and dependable.

8. Fluent in English with the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

9. Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft office applications.

10. Driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and excellent driving record required.

11. Ability to obtain and maintain Military base passes and other access credentials as required to

perform duties.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Ability to routinely lift 50 pounds; occasionally up to 100 pounds

2. Ability to work outside under various environmental conditions

3. May include some exposure to hazardous materials and equipment.

4. Ability to maneuver around moving objects, vehicles, and/or machinery.

5. Ability to climb ladders with 300 lb. weight limit.
