Job Description

What you will be doing:The Make-Ready Tech prepares vacant apartments for market ready condition by performing various non-technical functions including, but not limited to:

• Caulking
• Drywall repair
• Touch up painting
• Test all locks and key sets
• Assist in inspection of property
• Maintaining exterior lighting
• Ground equipment repair and preventative maintenance
• Maintain grounds and common areas including picking up trash, sweeping sidewalks and driveways, snow removal etc.
• Assist the Maintenance Technician(s), Porter, and Housekeeper as necessary
• Pool maintenance

What wexe2x80x99ll expect from you:

• Valid driversxe2x80x99 license along with good driving record and auto insurance
• Must be available, on notice, in event of snow and/or ice and other site emergencies.
• Be able to work as a team and independently
• Help others both at the site and other sites
• Be flexible in transferring to other local regional sites if required.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
