In this position you will perform the following duties:
- You will provide buildings and grounds maintenance for facilities, including maintaining equipment.
- Tenth grade education and three years experience in equipment, building and grounds maintenance.
- Requires basic electrical, HVAC, carpentry and plumbing knowledge, to include irrigation systems.
- Ability to paint and perform minor dry wall repairs.
- Knowledge of building and grounds maintenance and safety.
- Ability to analyze maintenance problems, recommend effective repairs and upgrades to buildings, equipment, and grounds.
- Knowledge of janitorial techniques.
