Fortune 500 Manufacturer is seeking a direct-hire Maintenance Supervisor. This position is located near Fremont, California and will be on 1st shift. The Maintenance Supervisor will schedule the maintenance staff as well as ensure all equipment is in operating order.
The salary is commensurate with experience ranging up to $100K, plus an opportunity for a bonus, relocation assistance, and other great benefits! All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America.

responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, evaluating, organizing, and implementing assigned installation, maintenance and repair activities and coordinating with other departments to assure minimum downtime for production and maximum safety of employees
- Performs root cause analysis as well as implements sustainable countermeasures on losses related to maintenance
- Ensures Preventive Maintenance (PM) is accomplished in a timely manner and are to a high standard of quality
