About the Job
We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at our Portland Service Center in Portland, Oregon. The Maintenance Supervisor will serve as a point of reference for workers, managers, and directors. This position will supervise, train and mentor our Maintenance Technicians. The responsibilities of our Maintenance Supervisor will include daily monitoring of our work order software system and following procedures for entering, assigning, and documenting all notes, services, supplies, and labor and seeing through to timely completion. The Maintenance Supervisor will perform and/or delegate regular preventative maintenance including but not limited to replacing air filters, inspecting for plumbing leaks, replacing caulking in bathrooms, replacing ceiling tile grout, and painting as needed.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am \xe2\x80\x93 5:00pm (Full Time, Day) This position may receive calls after work hours.

$4,500 - $5,500 per month DOE/Credentials
Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired).
What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Need
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
A minimum of FIVE (5) years\xe2\x80\x99 experience providing oversight for general maintenance and landscape.
TWO (2) years of supervisor experience is required.
Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to frequently sit, talk, listen, and use hands and fingers. It may require the ability to occasionally walk, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, squat/kneel, use basic tools, and perform other physical tasks as applicable including minimal cleaning tasks; as well as lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 pounds. Successful applicants MUST also have a valid Oregon driver\xe2\x80\x99s license, maintain a safe driving record, and have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
