Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Residential property maintenance company in Anchorage is seeking a skilled, motivated, and reliable technician to fill a position immediately.
Applicant must have a strong work ethic and time management skills. Must be goal oriented and able to work with minimal supervision as well as a team player. The preferred applicant will be familiar with various skills ranging from drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, etc.
Qualifications:
- Proven general maintenance experience
- Punctual, trustworthy, and reliable
- Ability to prioritize projects while working in fast paced environment
- Able to converse respectfully and professionally with clients
- Current driver's license with a clean driving record
- Pass background check/drug screening
- Applicants must have their own power and hand tools
Compensation is $35-$45 per hour DOE plus 2 weeks paid vacation, following a 90-day probationary period, with a stipend for medical insurance.
A company utility van and cell phone are provided.
This is a full-time, minimum 40 hour per week position with a rotating weekly on-call schedule.
