Join Our Team as a Maintenance Technician!Full Time 8am - 4:30pm M-FAt Senior Star, we pride ourselves on creating vibrant and safe living spaces for our residents.RESPONSIBILITIES:As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our community's physical spaces and ensuring a comfortable environment for our residents. Your duties will include: * Keeping the interior and exterior of the community in top condition.
- Timely completion of work orders to address resident needs.
- Preparing apartments for new residents, ensuring move-in readiness.
- Regularly inspecting and maintaining AC filters, Pull Cords, Smoke Alarms, and grounds.
- Assisting residents promptly with maintenance needs.
- Executing weekly, monthly, and quarterly maintenance tasks.
