Key Responsibilities:

As a

Maintenance Worker

, you will play a

critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of the building

. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

General Maintenance & Repairs

Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including:

Electrical Work

Replacing light bulbs, troubleshooting minor wiring issues.

Plumbing

Repairing leaks, unclogging drains, maintaining water fixtures.

Carpentry

Repairing doors, drywall, cabinetry, and basic woodworking.

Sprinkler System Setup

Ensuring proper function and minor adjustments as needed.

Mechanical Repairs

Addressing small mechanical issues to maintain facility operations.

Building & Facility Upkeep

Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of

common areas, hallways, lobbies, elevators, and equipment rooms

to ensure resident comfort and satisfaction.

Waste Management & Cleaning

Safely dispose of waste, clean designated areas using appropriate chemicals and tools, and follow sanitation procedures.

Preventative Maintenance

Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems, keeping the property in

top condition

.

Resident & Vendor Communication

Interact professionally with

residents, management, and external vendors

to address concerns, coordinate repairs, and maintain a

positive community experience

.

Record-Keeping & Compliance

Maintain accurate

logs of completed maintenance tasks, safety checks, and repairs

while following scheduled maintenance routines.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with

supervisors, coworkers, and building management

to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in general maintenance, building upkeep, or a related trade

Strong problem-solving skills

with the ability to diagnose and fix maintenance issues efficiently.
